Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.

• To qualify for an exchange, shoes must be completely unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  

• Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive your shoes and confirm they meet our exchange requirements, we'll ship your new pair right away.

How do I exchange my Friulane?

1. Contact our email stating  your name, order number, and which Friulane you would want to exchange for
2. Ship the Friulane back using the return label
